Due to an increase in order demand during the current climate, our advertised dispatch times for all orders is 3 – 5 working days from the date you placed your order. Please note that this is when the order leaves us, as opposed to delivery times. Our couriers are working extremely hard to manage an increase in volumes during this challenging climate, therefore we recommend you allow a further 3 – 5 working days for the courier to deliver your parcel to you once it leaves us. However, in the majority of cases this is happening faster than that.


If you haven't received your order after 10 workings days, based on the above, we really appreciate your patience so far. Please raise a support ticket just HERE so that we can investigate further. If you've already contacted our Customer Service Crew via email there's no need for you to raise a ticket too to prevent duplication, we've got you.
