  • Photograph(s) of the beer/item, including any relevant photos of packaging
  • Full name of the item that you're providing feedback on
  • Size of the item (330ml can, 75 cl spirit bottle etc)
  • The batch information: BBE date, batch number – or a photo of the bottom of the can, with this information on
  • Where you purchased the item from (if it's a supermarket please specify which location)
  • What date you made the purchase (approximate is ok, if you don't have the exact information)
  • Order number, if it was purchased online from us
  • Your full name, mobile number and postal address (in case we review and decide to send any items out to you, your mobile number is used for courier tracking information only)
