Occasionally seeing a haze occurring in beer where it should be haze free? Yeast isn’t always one of those reasons. 


BrewDog beers are produced with massive amounts of hops and malted barley, which both contribute 100% natural compounds known as polyphenols (tannins) and proteins to the finished beer. These can occasionally form a haze as the beer ages and/or is exposed to higher or fluctuating temperatures.
