CANCELLATION


  • Must cancel by the 04:59 GMT by the 2nd of the month to cancel auto renewal.
  • Cancellation button will surface in "My Subscriptions" via "My Account" section along the top bar for all users.
  • Customers will only be able to cancel subscription from my subscriptions portal when the first box is dispatched.
  • If a customers box has been dispatched, they will get the survey journey.
  • If customers box has not been dispatched, they will get a single screen informing them cancellation is only available on first box dispatch.
  • Cancellation will be on a subscription by subscription basis.



SKIP

  • We have introduced a new feature where a customer can skip the next charge/box.
  • Customers can skip charges from the "My Subscriptions" via "My Account" section along the top bar. 
  • Skip will be an option under the cancellation button. 
  • Customers cannot “unskip”.
  • Same timings apply as cancellation, must be done by 0:459 BST to avoid charges.
  • Customers can skip multiple times
  • *Monthly
    • “Skip” will skip the next month charge and box
  • *Quarterly
    • “Skip” will NOT be available for quarterly subscribers
  • *Fanzine 6 Month
    • “Skip” will NOT be available for quarterly subscribers



*Please note, customers must cancel by 04:59 GMT on the 2nd of each month in order to cancel auto-renewal. 


*If you are participating in the free trial box and you wish to cancel the following month's subscription, then you would need to do this after you receive your box in April and before the first payment is taken on 2nd May.
