Due to demand and high order volumes, we are unable to make any changes to orders after they've been placed and cannot change any of the products.
If you've made a mistake on your order by entering the incorrect address information, we will do our very best to help amend this information with our warehouse crew but due to a high volume of tickets in to our Customer Service Crew we cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch this before the order is shipped. Please raise a support ticket to let us know of any address issues just HERE.
We are unable to cancel orders after placed. If you're raising a support ticket regarding a cancellation as above, we may not be able to catch it in time before it's shipped. However, you have the right to refuse delivery and we'll refund you as soon as we've received the order back to our warehouse.
