Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.

Additionally, there was an arising issue with EFP’s unaware of having to pick Next Day Delivery at check out as they believed it would automatically upgrade them. With the new website this will be automatic, but for the time being I think it will be beneficial to add;

‘In the case of an Equity Punk free upgrade to Next Working Day delivery order (£5 for Equity Punks, £10 normally), Next Working Day delivery must be selected at check out and no refunds are due in the case of service interruptions.


This is an amended line from the returns page under customer care, however, I believe this would be beneficial under the delivery terms and conditions as well when Next Day Delivery is mentioned. For example, something along the lines of; ‘Equity For Punks are entitled to a free upgrade from standard delivery to Next Working Day, however, for this to be in effect Next Working Day must be selected at check out. Once an order has been processed, the delivery service cannot be upgraded
